Eden is the central protagonist of the show. She is peppy and optimistic, but is the first to become suspicious of the corruption lurking among the bots. Her observations set the show's plot in motion. She is steadfast in her beliefs and loyal to her friends. She always stands up for what is right, even if it puts her at risk. Sometimes she speaks before thinking, which can land her in sticky situations. Eden works in the Planting Department on Earth, where seeds are prepared in the lab, and brought to uninhabited planets to be Planted.
Genesis is Eden's first and best friend. She works alongside her in the Planting Department. She is quiet, but unafraid to speak her mind. She is kind and shows a deep empathy towards those she cares about. Genesis is also incredibly smart and knowledgeable about several things outside her department. She has an understanding of spaceship mechanics, engineering and botany, and her curiosity often leads to new discoveries. When she isn't spending time at work or with her friends, Genesis can be found in Earth's forests, studying the plants.
Orion is a clumsy Scouting Department worker whose unfortunate crash on his assigned planet leads to meeting his best friends, Eden and Genesis. He is mild-mannered and well-meaning, although impulsive and sometimes a bit ditzy. He often loses track of the location of his limbs and trips or runs into nearby objects. It's almost as if he is growing and has forgotten his height or the length of his legs. However, he is a robot. The only thing growing is the plant in his head, which he never forgets to water.
